Anyone have a Schwinn Paramount Series 9?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Anyone have a Schwinn Paramount Series 9?

My current carbon bike frame cracked and will be replaced within the next two weeks with a Schwinn Paramount Series 9. My bike has been discontinued and was left with limited choices.

Has anyone had any experience with the newer Paramount series. I've heard tons of the vintage Paramount but would like to know if anyone has ride experience with any of the Paramount Series bikes. There doesn't appear to be much on the web except a Youtube video claiming 14.7 lbs with Shimano Dura-Ace.

Thanks.

Looks like Performance sold it.
https://www.performancebike.com/bikes/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&langId=-1&catalogId=10551&productId=1083966&cm_mmc=$%28referrer%29$-_-Bikes/Frames-_-SCHWINN-_-30-3172&CSE=GooglePS&mr:trackingCode=4A8B202C-D4C3-DF11-98FF-0019B9C043EB&mr:referralID=NA

Also looks like they didn't sell enough if they scrapped it after 2 years.

What's the current bike, and what did you pay for it?

The current bike is a 2007 Mongoose Bosberg. Paid about $1,900 for it.

Looks like I'll be keeping the same components since this is only a frame exchange.

Yeah, I was thinking that too. The unfortunate part is that since Performance doesn't have the Series 9 in stock, so I'm not able to test ride it much less view it. The closest that I was able to compare it with was a Paramount Series 7. I was hoping to get some feedback from some current owners on how well it rides. Looking forward to getting some rides in again.

I gotta say though, I did love my Goose. 10k miles of sheer delight. It was a great build. AKA a Kinesis KR-810 frame.
