Anybody try the new Romin Pro (carbon rail) Saddle?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Anybody try the new Romin Pro (carbon rail) Saddle?

From the posts on this board over the last year it seems like the Spec Romin saddle is the best thing since sliced bread, and for 2011 it supposedly has gotten better with carbon rails. We weighed a Romin Pro today and it was 171g, compared to about 205g for the SL (now apparently known as Expert) model. Lightweight + taint friendly design for $150 is not bad at all.

Anyway, I'm interested in one, but I'm wondering what people are doing for seatposts. The Specialized Romin Pro comes with a note showing that the Romin is actually not compatible with the seatposts that comes on all their road bikes. W T H? In fact, I'm not sure specialized even sells a seatpost that'll work.

Is there some new seatpost clamp/insert assembly they are offering with oval channels? The local shop had no idea if such an adapter was available, and was shocked at the fact the latest specialized seat didn't work with the latest specialized road bikes. I'd really hate to have to drop an additional $150 to replace my perfectly fine carbon seatpost just because the little metal clamps are wrong.
