Bike Helmet Earmuffs - Know someone that Knits???

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Bike Helmet Earmuffs - Know someone that Knits???

I saw this today and wished I knew someone that knitted. Perhaps you do, if so I bet people who knit are happy to have someone that appreciates their work (like fixing one of the neighborhood kids bikes). I looked at it, but all I saw was greek with photos of really nice earmuffs that would make any cyclist happy.

Awesome! Thanks for sharing this link! I knit and am working on getting ready for winter cycling. I'm sure the overall design could be used for people who sew and can create there own patterns. I'm imagining a fleece version with a possible dry fit lining.

The Missus knits, a lot. Knit me some socks (and about 5 other pairs). Hats, she's working on a full size sweater after doing a couple toddler sweaters. I let her know but told her I don't need one

Got one of these for my Lazer Genesis helmet. Have not tried it out yet but similar idea and looks to be real toasty.
