Comparing Frames - Need help with sloping TT

Hey

I have chance to get deal on new frame to replace one busted in crash. It has sloping TT while everything else I have owned have horizontal. Based on comparison of TTs, HT an angles, it seems the 58CM sloping frame I am looking at would be comparable to my 58CM horizontal TT c'dale. But I am a bit confused by horizontal TT vs effective TT and more generally am ignorant as to what factors I should consider when it comes to sloping TTs. Reading posts about frame sizes is only confusing me (Poli Sci major, what can I say?) Below are the geo numbers I have, are these frames comparable in size?

Current Cannondale with horizontal TT

SeatTube C-C 58
Horizontal Top Tube Length: 57.5
Seat Tube Angle: 73
Head Tube Angle: 73.5
Chainstay Length: 40.5
Bottom Bracket Height: 27
Bottom Bracket Drop: 6.7
Head Tube Length: 17.3

Frame I am considering with sloping TT

SeatTube C-T 56
Seat Tube C-C 52
Effective Top Tube Length: 58
Seat Tube Angle: 73
Head Tube Angle: 73.5
Chainstay Length: 41
Bottom Bracket Height: 27.8
Bottom Bracket Drop: 6.8
Head Tube Length: 17.5

Everything looks fine except this:

SeatTube C-T 56
Seat Tube C-C 52
Did you make a mistake or typo?

The difference between these two is the width of the tube or maybe 1 cm

Ok, I see. They are like Fuji where C-T means to the top of the seat tube and not to the upper of the top tube (where the C-C is measured)

Then the two frames look very close.

I took the plunge. Found a 15% off coupon for universal cycles.com; Since the frame/fork is selling from 750-850 on most other sites (listed at 596 on universal) I am pretty happy to have gotten frame/fork for just a tic over 500. VIP15 and VIP10 coupon codes will get you 15% and 10% respectively at universalcycles.
