Any good audio workouts.

Hi all.
I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good audio workout (similar to spinervals or sufferfest) but that would work well with audio only. I will be putting them on my mp3 player.

They are generic in that they can be used on an eliptical, bike or treadmill but they are good.
