Build ? - 2009 Marin Argenta too relaxed?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Build ? - 2009 Marin Argenta too relaxed?

Looking to build up a new road setup over winter for as cheap as possible (plenty of other expenses...)

Current ride that is getting long in the tooth and creak in BB shell I can't get rid of:
~ 1992 Cannondale 2.8 frame w/ Sub One fork 56cm

I found a 2009 Marin Argenta (frame/fork/headset - new - size L 58cm) for $225.00
Appears the Marin 58 is about the same as my 56 Dale (Dale is 56cm C-M & 58cm C-T)
http://www.marinbikes.com/2009/us/bi...cs_argenta.php

The Marin appears to be more relaxed with:
72 degree Head Tube
73 degree Seat Tube
555mm Seat Tube actual
536.2mm top tube actual
551.7mm top tube effective

I'll be running Campy double (53/39). Dabbled in club riding / racing in early-mid 90's.
Currently just a rec rider for fitness but do push it as hard as I can (relative to current age ). Still pretty flexible with able to get low in drops but generally ride w/ back flat while on the hoods. Current stem is horizontal / parallel with top tube.

Will I be generally happy with this frame going from my Cannondale?
I know this is subjective - thoughts?
