Decals or no decals?

1 Attachment(s)
Kind of a dumb question, but I can't decide

Should I leave the decals on the Fulcrums or remove them?

The pic is attached, but It's a Black/green Kestrel rt-800 sl frame with fulcrum 7's on it. The rims have a bunch of red decals that I am considering the removal of

I wonder if you can buy a set of the white/silver Fulcrum 7 decals. Those would look nice.

Agreed the plain back is a little dull, wouldn't mind some silver/white

Yes. But if the silver/white isn't available, sans decals will look better than the current clash of colors.

the reds in the sticker clashes with the greens in your bike looking goofy, remove or replace sticker

try selling something after it's been " Modified" and see what you get for it..............................

zachismisitok 11-06-10 07:18 PM

those fulcrums won't be worth much when I get done with them regardless ;)

When it's time to sell just by a replacement set of the stock decals and reapply.

thesmoothdome 11-06-10 07:29 PM

Ditch the decals

frpax 11-06-10 08:32 PM

Leave the decals on

Velo Gator 11-06-10 08:34 PM

These are kinda cool. You could get 2 sets and use the "Fulcrum" ones.

Yes

The red decals look like ass on a lime green bike. Lose them or replace with white. I prefer decals to a plain bike, but the red and green are FTL.

gladiator13 11-07-10 11:05 AM

take the decals off. it'll look way better.

M_FactorX19 11-07-10 11:22 AM

I normally don't like the look of wheels without decals but in this case those need to go! If you can find some non red decals that would be the way go though. Other wise nice looking bike

Do you really need the opinion of strangers to make a decision on decals?

Issaquatch 11-07-10 02:11 PM

Definitely take them off.

Nerdanel 11-07-10 02:41 PM

Leave them on! They are load bearing decals!

coasting 11-07-10 02:43 PM

burn them off.

Quite frankly, I'm illiterate when it comes to what looks good, be it clothes or bike decals. So yes, I would love some constructive comments ;)

pgjackson 11-07-10 05:52 PM

Actually, looking at the picture again I'd leave the decals on the wheels and lose the lime green stripes on the bike. Maybe replace them with red or white stripes.

zrossiter 11-07-10 10:08 PM

leave them on, the plain black would just be boring

HigherGround 11-07-10 11:21 PM

Keep the green and red color theme until after Christmas.
