Test Rode a Few Bikes Today
So i'm upgrading to a CF frame soon and thought i'd start shopping around. Rode a 2011 Tarmac Expert, 2011 S2, and a Wilier Gran Turismo. Tarmac was the very first CF frame i've ever ridden and it felt awesome. Between the Wilier and S2 i preferred the S2, both bikes felt good but the Cervelo felt a little smoother than the Gran Turismo. Still shopping around and test riding, heading to a Felt, BMC, and Giant LBS soon, wanna keep my options open. Type of riding i'm doing is a mix of daily and group rides and looking to start crits next year, any other bikes you guys can recommend?

Those are all great bikes.
Felt is a personal favorite of mine as I owned an F3 for a while. Their new bikes look great, and I have heard very good things about them. |
try a cannondale super six also

Bianchi Sempre /thread

Test a Giant Tcr Adv 2 or 3...................wont disappoint I found it as aggressive as the Tarmac comp/expert, but smoother if that makes sense :thumb:

The 2011 Cervelo R3. It is a updated design and is a really nice bike. The best bike?

Something you don't mind crashing. I'd probably try to look into bike manufacturers with good replacement warranties. |

Give a pinarello a try as well, just for something a little different. Giant TCR, Scott Addict and Tarmac are all sweet and pretty aggressive rides.
I testrode a S2, R3, Dogma, Madone, Felt, Guru and Tarmac. Ultimately went with the Tarmac. Just struck the right chord for me. |
