Has anybody ordered from PBK recently ?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Has anybody ordered from PBK recently ?

I ordered some an Edge 500 and clothing and it shipped on the 17th but no signs of the package. Are orders taking longer than the usual week ?

Yes, it took the full 10 business days for my package to arrive recently. This never happened before. Maybe this has something to do with the customs clamping-down on packages being shipped from abroad, maybe? (Think: explosive ink cartridges)

PBK shipped my order on 11/16 and I just got it on 11/29 (to Seattle). Longer than usual but it arrived a-ok.

I'm sure its Customs. I used to work there so I know how it goes.

Here on the west coast, orders take a minimum 7-10 calendar days. GL

it took 2 weeks for items from PBK to arrive, but I blame that on the thanksgiving and black friday post office volume in the states.
