don't:
1. shave your legs
2. go to Europe
3. buy a powermeter
4. buy more than the cheap components
5. bother racing
6. wear lycra
7. claim to know how to htfu
8. claim to know anything
9. bother with aero stuff
10. bother with lightweight stuff
11. bother with tubulars
12. waste time deluding yourself with training

I'm just gonna use this logic: I spend all my money on bike schwag = the army pays me to buy bike schwag = I get paid to ride a bike = I'm a pro. I know it's not true at all, but it satisfies me for now, and it allows me to keep buying schwag, so I feel good about it.
