Sweet jersey/bibshorts deal

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

meh. Even if I did want BMC kit, they're only available with the same size in both parts. That's kind of lame.

The BMC kit is Hincapie clothing. The bib shorts uses the Velocity Chamois, but I cannot say the comfort of it (if for no other reason, we each have our own preferences). For the money and if the size fits, I say go for it.

As stated above, I don't wear the same size in a jersey as I do in bibs. They don't even allow you to swap different sizes. Too bad. It's a nice looking combo

Looks great, anyone know if the fitting is good?

I'm 65 kg, so would I just get medium? Assuming it measures to fit.

its 72$ shipped to the US for me. I'm having a hard time pulling the trigger on these though. The don't say they are hincapie, just replica bmc kit. but 35 bucks a piece is a hard deal to find on quality bibs & jersey. anyone got any more info on this kit?

I couldn't bring myself to do these (I'd want different sizes, too), so I got one of the Hincapie jerseys from CC when they did their 12 Days of Christmas sale. It's probably the nicest one I've got.

Anybody buy these? I ordered two sets, and BMC's showing them "Delivered" status but I've not seen them yet. They did ship from Switzerland, so I'm thinking some fat customs inspector is rocking them...

Thx.

Although I'm not one to pay to advertise for someone else, if the item is available for less than a plain one of the same quality, I'd wear it (provided I don't have a moral objection to the company). Hammer clothing and my former club's deal are good examples.

yeah i think i might give these a shot as well heck its less than $30 so even if they suck i dont lose to much.. how did they fit? are these a race cut jersey or a club cut? that makes a difference. in race cut i wear a med. and i would guess a small in club. i could get by with either in shorts but im not sure about the bibs.

The Mediums & Smalls are now listed as under $30 USD. Even better deal! Picked up a medium set.

Thanks!

I read around on these on the internet and they are not Hincapie. Most people seem satisfied for the money though.

I wish i could hear what the size small fits like. I'm a touch over 5'8" and 63 kilos but some people seem to suggest they run small.

According to the folks over at RBR .. they are sized smaller than other kits. So, i would venture to guess that they are definitely Race Cut .. and small at that.
