What do you listen to on the trainer/roller?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

What do you listen to on the trainer/roller?

Just wondering what music people listen to while riding their trainers or rollers this time of year? If you live in an area where it doesn't snow for days on end and don't need to cycle indoors, there's no need to lord your superior climates over us in here .

I don't usually get a chance to listen to music on the bike, so I'm looking for suggestions. Last night I made a playlist of some really heavy stuff, (Parkway drive, Mushuggah, Protest the Hero, etc.) and it was surprisingly fun to rock out, even though I wasn't going anywhere.

COACH TROY

In all seriousness though, I don't really listen to music on the trainer. I'm either watching a show or doing a workout DVD. You may want to check out The Sufferfest videos, which combine good music with cycling footage.

No music, I just think about how much I hate the trainer, then use that hatred to make myself ride faster.

go to cyclingtorrents.nl, and start downloading all the race videos. don't get too fixated on the screen, and your time will pass very fast

A random mix of rock, hard rock and metal - unless I'm drunk then I listen to country while holding my gun and planning my garden.
