I finished my winter project.

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Can you put up a build list please? Also, how about a better pic? I think - only think because I can see for sure - the bike looks great.

Is it just me or does that frame look like a Pinarello?

Looks nice, just looks very similar

I put it all together, all eBay purchase, took me 5 months to complete. It has 10 DA group except crank (ultegra wrapped in carbon vinyl), Mavic SL SSC wheels. Full 54cm carbon frameset, except saddle (Specialized) and stem (3T).

I second that Pinarello comment....that wave on the seatstay, and the fork reminds me of Pinarello.....big time!

It appears to be a Pinarello knock-off.

At least they didn't put fake Pinarello stickers on it.

I didn't know they made carbon frames in the age of tin-types.

Are you telling me there is no such thing as time travel. I am sure with a bike that fast it is doable.

very nice looking. I would suggest that you unwrap your handlebars back alittle just before the flatened section. I think we have the same bars.

Looking at the pictures you linked, the bike looks great, I'm just curious, did you paint it, or buy it off Ebay that way?

Bike looks nice but did you purposely darken the photo, the expose the contrast and then add a vignette? You dont need special effects to make a beautiful bike looks better, get some day lights shots

There is a China "Prince of Spain" on scambay right now. I can not tell the difference other than the $5000 price difference.

I'd like to hear the full story behind it (build/origin/problems you ran into/weight/etc).

Looks nice though.
