Power ZonesI p
I posted this in Training section but saw no response;
I use a power tap hub, a joule 2.0 and power agent software. My FTP is 286, the power agent software calculated my power zones but the lower zones seem to be very wide while the upper zones are very narrow.
Recovery 0 -121
Endurance 122 -241
Threshold 242 - 269
Race Pace 270 - 297
Max 298 - 325
Supra Max 326 - 3000
Looking at Allen/Coggan book
1 <55% of FTP 0 - 157
2 56 - 75% 157 - 214
3 76 - 90% 215 - 257
4 91 - 105% 258 - 300
5 106 - 120% 301 - 343
6 121 - 150% 344 - 429
Should I manually change these numbers in power agent and update the Joule?
