Schwinn sport?
Ok i know this is a cheapo bike, but the guy on craigslist is selling it for $75 and it is in very good condition. I mountain bike and know nothing of road bikes. Is this a decently priced road bike just to commute to work? Also what should i look for fitting wise when i test it out?

You've left out of a lot of info, the year of the bike being the most important. There are a lot of Schwinns that have carried 'sport' as part of their name since the 70's. No way to put a value on it based on your info.
