My first century!
 

So Sunday I have decided to go on my first century to my hometown, which is actually about 120 miles. Just thought I'd post a thread and ask for advice. Any advice is good advice!

It's a little late now to be asking for advice. Presumably you've been gradually increasing your distance and thus building up your strength, ensuring your bicycle fits you properly, and experimenting with nutrition to find out what works for you???

If so, you should be set ... just ride like you've been riding.

If not ... well ... good luck out there!

Its just a number anyway. Take it easy and stock enough water (drink a lot, even if the weather is cold) and energy bars. You'll be fine!
