Daily weight tracking

I weigh myself 2 or 3 times a week. It is specifically because I am trying to lose weight. If I weighed 132, I wouldn't be weighing myself. In the same way that I don't check my height every day, it's fine, no need to check. When I weigh myself, I go "Hmph!" or "Cool!" as the case may be and go on my way. I don't graph it or anything.

What do I do with that info? I usually try to forget it immediately.
Do I use that info as an indicator to "use caution"? Sometimes .... as in, "Oops, I guess I should avoid the teatime snacks today"
One interesting thing I have noticed is that I gain weight during the weekends (the weekends are when I do my long rides) and I lose weight throughout the week.

for the past 4 months i've been working on losing weight, both through riding and through changing up my diet/eating habits almost completely. So i've been stepping on the scale every morning after my morning *ahem* "business". I don't really trip out when i see my weight go up a pound or two, so long as it's only for that day. If i were to see it go up 2 pounds and stay that way for 2 or 3 days, then maybe i'd start to think, "ok, time to get strict about my diet/exercise again."
Also, for the past couple weeks, i've been weighing myself before and after my long weekend rides to make sure i'm hydrating decently, hoping to not see any change, but really trying to make sure that i'm no more than 2lbs lighter after a ride.

wel im a wrestler so i've gotten into the habit of checking my weight once in the morning once after school and once before i go to sleep. i manly just look to make sure im never more than 2 lbs over what i want to weight the next morning. so if i step on the scale after school and im 159.3 then i know that i dont need to be too concerned with weight, and if i work out hard i can have a very nice filling meal and will wake up being <160. i have a tantia scale and always check my bf% (morning only).
