Interesting info: Chain Reaction Cycles

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Agreed, too bad their prices aren't competitive with the other English stores.

Depends on what you purchase as to the pricing.... I spend more with Chain Reaction Cycles each year than all my other favorite suppliers combined.

I once purchased a shimano ultegra 6600 groupset on chain reaction cycles for around $600 plus shipping. They definitely have some good deals sometimes.

They are sometimes. I bought Dura Ace wheels and crankset last year and they were the cheapest anywhere including ebay.

+1 I find CRC prices consistently lower than others. I don't even like to think about how much money I have spent on this site over the last 10 years building up my 11 bikes.

I crashed in a race about 5 weeks ago. Shredded the buckle off my diadora cycling shoes. as far as i could find chain reaction was the only seemingly reputable dealer with those replacement buckles. made the order...got it quickly enough. satisfied.

Just received the 48HR delivery of a super deal on a Michelin 700 x 40C Pilot City for £10.98, but another order for suspension forks the same day (3 days ago) is still 'in processing' due to some technical hitch (in the system) which they emailed me about.
