Road cycling spots in Scottsdale AZ?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Lots of good riding in Scottsdale. Go to mapmyride and enter your zip code. Some popular rides are the Bike Ranch group every Sat morning from FLW and the 101. What part of town?

I work in Scottsdale but have a home in Goodyear. Weekdays I would be riding on the eastside of town and weekends would be the westside.

Cavecreek rd and if you wanna kill yourself do Bartlett Dam Rd. Either road you will always see other cyclists.

I highly recommend Fountain Hills for riding. Great roads up in there is you prefer climbing. One road had an 18% gradient for about 500 meters.
