Bike Weenie technology moves to a higher level.

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Yeah, well it's a testament to technology today that it actually sounds rather plausible.

The part about the ibrain being implanted subdermally behind the ear is what tipped my off. April 1 and all that...

I liked this part.

the iBrain system also provides an answer for those times when the director sportif requests the rider to do something and he doesn’t do it, sometimes even feigning that he didn’t hear the instruction. With the car-mounted iPad, the team director can give the rider a tiny electric jolt to encourage him.

Very true, but I wouldn't even consider the surgery without knowing how much weight it's going to add to my set up...

Suppose Superman agreed to restrict his super strength while in a race. Should he be considered in violation were he to use his super hearing? Also, he is the type that you would never want at the front. He could use his super breathe to propel the whole team.

That could make you sound even more crazy that those d-nozzles walking around the supermarket talking into their blue tooths. At least then you see the headset eventually.

To be truly Fred like, implant the wire, duct tape the ipod to your skull.
