Is $500 a good price for a 2007 Orbea Aspin?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I'm looking at buying a 2007 Orbea Aspin. The total cost would be a little over $500. Assuming everything goes well at the LBS, should I buy it?

It is a good price. As long as you are comfortable on it, snatch it up.

I'd say that's a very reasonable price for that bike. If it's in great condition, the it's an even better deal.

Especially when you consider $70 of the $500 is for a tune up.
