CAAD 8 Resale Value?

Guy in my area selling a 2006 with probably a thousand miles on it. Wondering what's the most to pay for it, considering it's in superb condition?

I sold my CAAD8 w/ 105 for 700, if I remember right. That'd be a good deal.
