New drug testing suggestion
So, I have an idea, but most likely will never happen since cycling is an international sport. Since testifying under oath is getting the truth out of Hincapie and Hamilton, why not make that part of the drug test?
You have to testify that you have never used PEDs throughout your career, and if you get caught lying, you go to jail.
So, cycling will definitely be hard since it's international, but can't this be applied to sports here in US? Like baseball, football, basketball, etc.
It's an extreme zero tolerance method.

Testifying under oath only result in perjury if a governmental entity is involved. Think Congress, The Courts etc. If no govermental body is involved, I can look you in the eyes and swear an oath a zillion times without any real consequence, like ending up in a perjury trial.
It won't work!
