Help me choose tomorrow's workout
Hey guys, looking for some training advice.
This Saturday I'm doing a 140km event. I'll probably take Thursday and Friday off, or mostly off. Today I did a little over 100kms, a bit less than my standard Sunday ride. Normally I take Mondays off, but I think I'd like to get some more miles in.
But I'm not sure what to do tomorrow. I live near a decent-sized mountain, so I could do hill repeats...or maybe sprints, or something else?
I'd like it to take 3-4 hours. I'm in good condition for the ride, the distance won't be a problem. I'm just looking for something to sharpen me up a bit, and not sure what sort of workout would be good at this point in my preparation.
I'll probably do 2 hours or so of sprints on Tuesday, and a 3-4 hour hill climbing route Wednesday. Or I could change that up...
Anyways, I'm open to suggestions.
Thanks in advance,
