Crank Brothers Speed Lever

Makes tire changing a breeze, no need for multiple levers.

Actually it's big/big for proper chain placement in a pic. duh. ;) And you have to have the generic white garage door. :D

Pic reminds me of another BF approved product - KMC X10 SL. Great chain.

So, I wanted to start a "rave" thread for those products that are great.
Granted, I'm sure some cynical members might charge "shill! shill!",
but I trust BF members to be intelligent enough to know the difference.

With that, I'd like to present the "BF Approved Thread". :thumb:

You could have saved yourself some time and simply get this other thread going.

Thanks!

I was familiar with the review thread, but I wanted a BF Approved Thread for
the items that are loved by BF users (whether that love is warranted or not).
I guess a good description of this thread would be the "placebo effect".

:)

+10. I have ~8,000 miles on mine.

I just scored one of these, brand new, for $139. This is the lowest price I've seen. Niagra Cycle had them on sale via Amazon for $153 a couple of weeks ago, but this is a better deal.

This is a good deal. Youmight want to check to make sure it's an authorized dealer so you get the 30 return window if you don't like it.

This thread demands a BF Unapproved Thread. All newcomers to the forum would immediately be forewarned about the dos and donts of picture etiquette, questions that anger botto, how to make Pcad-like threads, and contribute meaningless dribble to feed the masses.

Oh yes, we cannot forget the obligatory Cult of Caad.

Can I put this thread in that thread or would it cause a tear in the space/timewasting continuum of BF?

Don't know if it's in here or not but the Nashbar L'Orange floor pump is pretty good. Have had it long enough now to feel safe in recommending it.

I've been hearing for years of how good some Performance house brand products are.

I've had a pair of Ultra bibs for the last 4 years. I like them, but prefer only to wear them on rides of less than 40-ish miles.

K-Edge Chain Catcher. I wish I had put one on my Roubaix Expert when I first got it, it would have saved a lot of scars. They aint cheap but worth it to me.

+1 on this. It is a good pump for the money.
