Bianchi's Vigorelli

Semi-interested in the Bianchi Vigorelli, but the LBS does not stock.

That said; anyone have one?

If so, how do you like it? Anyone have any experience with Bianchi in general? Are they a decent company?

Thanks

My main bike is a Cervelo R3 but I bought a Bianchi Imola a year ago (same frame as the Vigorelli). I bought it to convert it into a travel bike with S&S couplers (to fit in an airline compatible case). I really like the steel frame. It is a very comfortable, very stable frame that is great for long rides. It isn't as stiff or fast as my Cervelo but it was also much less expensive. It is a little heavy compared to even some lighter steel frames but not bad. I could easily live with the Bianchi as my only bike. I bought mine from a dealer on Ebay for about 2/3rd the original price in the winter. That was a steal.

2/3rd's retail... that's a seriously good deal! That would be worth buying just for the frameset.

What size is it, have you weighed it? Is the paint decent, regarding chipping etc.?

I have one. I think it's a great bike, very comfortable and solid all around. It's the only Bianchi I've ever owned so I can't comment on the brand. I have about 15,000 miles on it and am very satisfied.
