Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Stuff on pbk usually comes back in stock, though the wait can sometimes be long and aggravating. Did you sign up for the email notification? It has worked for me on the past. Sadly, after many years of ordering from them, I won't buy from them again. My CC info was stolen the last time I placed an order, so I'll look elsewhere next time I need something. Also, the prices for US customers aren't as good as they used to be, what with the current state of the economy and all. Still cheaper than any of the local shops around here, though, especially for tires.

Yes I'm on their email alert system for the tires I'm looking for. The prices on their tires are about half of what they cost here, and still significantly less than I can get them for with a team discount. Specifically my question is how long does it usually take for their continental tubular tires to come back?

I would think that would be an ideal question to ask..............them. I would suspect that a good portion of Conti's tubular production gets used up by the pro race teams this time of year, although I'm purely speculating.

I asked over two weeks ago about some Continental clinchers and was told 1-2 weeks, still not in. But they said they were having a hard time getting stock from Continental.

ribblecycles.co.uk is usually slightly cheaper and in stock more often.
