Should I train tonight on my trainer?

Monday night I did a combined 3 hours outside and on my trainer. Same thing tuesday night. Wednesday I did a crit. and thursday and today I've been pretty sore...When should I start training again? Should I do an easy hour on my trainer tonight and then start hitting it hard again tomorrow? Thanks!

No idea, sorry. I wish I had a trainer though... then maybe I could get some miles in when the babies are sleeping.

Trainers are loud...or at least my fluid trainer is...It would probably wake them

Get some lights and ride at night.

This, hit the trainer once a week for intervals maybe, but a trainer does not replace road riding especially if you want to race.

If you're sore either ride easy (like where it doesn't feel like you even rode when you get off the bike) or take the day off and massage your legs a bit.

I only ride my trainer in the dead of winter.

As far as training I think it is a good idea to take a day off.

Whoops, I just re-read the opening post and saw that he rode at night already.

Well, unless he rode during daylight and went inside after dark. If that's the case, then my original advice stands.

And +1 to days off. Can't recover while blasting the same muscles over and over again. Do something else.
