Funny thing is that that is one of the crappier photos from that adventure...it just happens to have my bike in it.

Here's another from the same trip, including me in my super-hero costume. If you look closely, you can see a little Swedish flag; the water fall is the border with Norway.

I have pictures of the Mississippi between Iowa and Illinois, from when were there for the UMCA 24-hour Time Trial in 2005 and 2006, but none with the river as a backdrop for our bicycles.

this is the best I can do....
45th parallel on US 23 near Alpena, MI. You can't really see Lake Huron but it's not far. I justify my picture by saying it's pretty marshy right there

End of a climbing ride that started and ended in Lotus, CA. This is the American River.

One of three creek crossings on Amador Creek Road in Amador City, CA. Yes, I did all the climbing on this ride on the single-speed folding bike you see here. I've posted the video of the climb here on BF already.

Peloton Shelter Dog
Back in the Day, like 20 years ago. Prehistoric Pcad. Alpine Boat Basin, Alpine, NJ, that's the mighty Hudson River. That's my Merlin (Spectrum) that broke in two places five years later, piece of crap that it was.

Just this morning at the Inner Harbor here in Baltimore. In the middle of a quick run out to Fort McHenry and back for Flag Day.

Thanks!
Actually, I'm a female (the heavy breathing in the video of this climb will leave no doubt
). Here's the thread I posted the ride report, video, and other pictures in:

I keep trying to tell people that raw video rules and you don't need music to get views, but so far I'm almost the only woman out there who's uploaded sufferfest videos.
I'm glad there's some good ones out there uploaded by men.

The Pacific Ocean off the coast of Palos Verdes, California

High above the Pacific Ocean in Malibu, California

Over a waterfall in Yosemite (someone else because the same shot of me didn't show the water well)
