The new wheels
 

After much agonizing over wheels and thinking I wanted to spend $400-500, I just couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger. Had some unexpected family expenses pop up and just couldn't justify spending that much coin. Anyway, I went with the Forte Titans for $150. I've had them before and thought they rode very well. Took all the Titan stickers off and did my own thing. Not an entirely professional job, but not to bad either. The picture didn't come out great, but you get the idea.

Very nice, I went to school in SD. If you get a chance you should ride the fiesta island rides. Those are pretty fun.

Nice choice! I still say you can't beat that Forte set for a nice inexpensive all around pre-built. Truly is a good value and Performance stands behind them. Happy miles!

Thanks. To be honest, I did feel a little guilty about getting these since you provided fantastic customer service on my multiple requests. Unfortunately, due to other family priorities I just wasn't able to seal the deal.

Meh- no worries. Hopefully you realize I do this because I like to do this. I just want to see people riding and I don't claim to have the right solution for everyone for sure.

I train on Forte' Titans, and have never had an issue with them. They are a good option for those of us watching the budget.

And to Psimet2001, I like your honesty and the way you do business, Sir! When I get ready for my next set of race clinchers, you will be the first man I call.

PSIMET was great at staying in touch, listening to my questions and providing quick responses. When I do decide to get another set of wheels, I will contact him again.

nice. I have experience with the Titans and they are decent for the $. There is a Cat 4 racer who has a USMC skinsuit. I've been looking for a Navy version but haven't found one yet. Anyway, enjoy the wheels.
