American Teams #1 & #2

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

American Teams #1 & #2

team rankings out and HTC is #1 with Radio Shack #2. Seems like American teams are beginning to dominate a traditionally european sport.

You may want to recheck your #2 ranking.

Seems like American teams are beginning to dominate a traditionally european sport.
And what percentage of the mentioned teams are American? A team based in the USA staffed by predominantly European does not equal American domination. That's like saying Luxembourgians are dominating the sport because a Luxembourg based team is #2. How many riders on the squad are from Luxembourg? 2. Out of 25.

discuss..........
Already have.

And how many American hockey players are Canadian? How many players from a pro team are from the area the team represents?

It's actually more important to me that 2 of the top 3 teams ride the right brand of bike!

A more appropriate list is the Nation Rankings. US is 7th.
