Looking for Versus tv Tour Fantasy Tour de France?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

It was picked up by NBC Universal during that whole Comcast/NBC merger. The president of Comcast took over the presidential roles of Versus earlier this year, and now, Versus will hopefully not suck as much as it has in the past

I doubt any of it will be on NBC, or anything but Versus. It's either that or pay the $30 for All Access.

They will run Versus TDF coverage daily. You can signup for universalsports coverage and see a live coverage of the TDF stages and replays.

They might have the last day or weekend on NBC..who knows.

According to my Tivo schedule, the first 2 days (July 2-3) will be on NBC broadcast TV. 2 hours of coverage each day, starting at 11am Pacific time. No idea if any other stages will be on NBC.

I think in past years, NBC has had a half hour TdF "wrap up" show sandwiched between Sunday infomercials.

Strangely enough, CBS had that last year.

I was flipping through the guide one day and saw hour upon hour of 'The World Series of Poker'. I'm sorry, but if poker trumps cycling then it has hit rock bottom suckage. This year will really suck if I have to watch the tour on my computer.

NM - just saw the schedule and it looks good. Doesn't look like they're doing the mountain stage starts like they did in the past though. gonna suck for the west coast if you want to see it live. Lots of 0500 days for you guys.
