Would this be a decent steel frame?

Hey I saw this and I was curious what you guys thought about it as a steel frame.I would also like your opinions on if this is a good deal? Hey if this isnt a decent deal can you guys point me in the right direction of a steel frame and or bike that would be? Im buying a bike with an aluminum frame.

Ive just been interested in doing a build and thought it would be fun to do so with a steel frame. So any ideas or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

As far as steel goes, I've never heard anyone that owns one have anything but praise for their SOMA bikes. Their frames run about $400 brand new. I test road a Surly Pacer a while back and thought that it was a pretty nice ride.

Are you looking for a CX bike (as that Redline is) specifically?

That is a cyclocross frame so I am not sure if that is what you are looking for or if you want a road frame.

If you want a road steel frame go for this:

Definately go for a lighter build frame as the others were getting at....unless you like cyclocross. Steel frames? That's why I still ride my Trek 460.
