must be some bike ... they left out McLaren though.
The actual bike is a Litespeed Tuscany.

It's pretty common to load up item titles with words you think interested parties might search on. This guy is figuring that somebody searching Specialized or Cannondale sees his add and decides, hey, why not a Litespeed.
