Upgrading Gears !

Hi !

I ride a Btwin forme 1
http://www.decathlon.co.uk/EN/fitness-1-45-48-69567261/

I plan to upgrade the derailleur and shifters. Since I am ordering from Jenson Usa, I had shortlisted some derailleurs and a shifter.
I would be thankful if you’ll could go through my choices and short list the compatible mech. Since i could not find any rear derailleur matching my sram3 grip shift, I have to upgrade the shifters as well.

Shifter :

I would certainly be open to more suggestions .
Some more queries :
I wish to upgrade the front derailleur as well, what are the points one should bear in mind before purchasing ?

Your Advice
The bike is brand new , do you’ll feel that an upgrade is required. I am aware that its my choice, but the gear system provided with the bike, is really outdated. I really value your opinion and advice..

Bike is brand new, and you are dissatisfied with the shifting already ? In what way ?
How will this "upgrade" benefit you ?

I'd be replacing the shift cables on the bike before updating the gear.

How many miles do you have on your bike? The cassette may be worn out and need replacing. Worn gears will not hold the chain. Also, have you checked the chain for wear? If it has stretched 1/16 of an inch, it should be replaced. If it has stretched to 1/8 of an inch or greater, it has probably worn your sprockets, too. I'm guessing you are having trouble shifting or the chain won't stay where it should be.

Deore is very good; I'm not familiar with the other levels.

Hi !
Actually I got a good deal on this bike and the fit was really nice. Tough to find bikes with 650c tyres, the groupset was a sacrifice, since I was keen on something better. I own a 7.1 fx trek and I am kind of used to the trigger shifters.
Another thing is my uncle is there in the US for a holiday and I thought of grabbing this opportunity upgrade. Upgrade parts are ridiculously priced in India.
