More route-related carnage in the Tour than the Giro - Andy Schleck writes on Facebook that Vino's career may be over.
Plus, lack of control when it comes to race support - 2 crashes caused by event vehicles (1 moto, 1 car). Sure, not directly Prudhomme's fault but the buck stops with him, eh?
So after all those pages of theoretical risks caused by more mountain stages, the last 2 editions of the Tour have had more route-related crashes than the Giro.
Hmmmm.

That impact with the vehicle was outrageous.
