Reynolds Solitude wheelset
I have read some reviews on the reynolds solitude wheelset and it seems to be 50/50 split. some of those reviews are from a models that are a couple years old also so some of them may not apply to the new 2011 model. There seem to be some improvements on the 2011 set such as stronger spokes and exterior nipples for easier maintanance. Some of the common issues I read about were Spokes braking easily, brake contact wearing out quickly and some issues regarding the rear hub. For the money it sounds like a fantastic wheelset that weighs in at 1520g for roughly $500. I dont have a lot of money to be throwing towards a wheelset and honestly keep fighting myself on if it would even be THAT benificial. My wheelset isn't broken but weighs 1920g, so on the heavier side. I'm 5'10" 175lbs and ride a lot of hills.
Anyone know anything about this wheelset? any pro's or cons? Before finding this set, i would looking at the mavic equipe, but I didn't feel the 300g difference was worth the $400.

they are 1540g, not 1400 unless I misread. and not to be to picky, but my bike is grey.white.blue and I dont like the red on Soul set.

Look at the Easton wheels. No rider weight limit (which always makes me weary when I see limits), and not bad price wise. Been looking at those as well, but right now leaning towards getting a set of the HED Stallions on sale at CC right now.
