really........maybe yet another suggestion would be to have a friends shoot about 30 seconds of you riding the bike.....that might help the "quick internet fit" more than anything........all that i know about it, that the last pics looks so uncomfortable

Thanks for all the input i think i finally got it right with the help of one of my neighbor who is probably in most of you guys level when it comes to road bikes, He unwrapped and adjusted the break levers and tweaked the handle bars a bit,here some pics just ignore the saddle pls ,i installed my old saddle from my MTB hehehe. the saddle is just temporary until I get or find the right one,I will try another on thursday and see what they got but for now this 6lb saddle has some kinda gel that might be comfy will see..
