Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

i've ordered through jensonusa.com and even after shipping costs I think I got a better deal than what LBS's and online cdn retailers were selling for.

UK is the New Canada even though... We kinda still are a part of UK... well whatever.

PBK and Ribbles did an AWESOME job and the prices were crazy good even with the shipping.

BTW PBK is currently paying the shipping to canada.

......if you have money to burn. Otherwise, use the UK stores such as Wiggle, Ribble, PBK etc. You will find stuff is much cheaper, even if you happen to get hit with tax/duty.

I would NOT recommend Cyclepath.ca, They have products listed on their site listed as "in stock", which not only do they not have in stock(at store level or warehouse), but have been discontinued for over a year.
I do recommend PBK for items on sale as well.

Edit-note: forgot to add, Jensen may have good prices, but they lack quality control, as they sent me damaged goods. I ordered a pair of gloves, and they arrived with the seams already coming apart, it was very visible and would have been pretty hard to miss, I have a hard time believing no one saw that. With the cost of shipping to return the product back from Canada, it wasn't worth it. So I was stuck with defective goods.

I find Niagaracycle is good for large orders of small parts in terms of shipping cost. But, for larger items like a rim or 2 rims, eBikestop gives good prices on shipping as well.

If you want to ship from the US, just make sure the dealer will use USPS, the economy service.
There are also retailers that have negotiated deals with couriers for much more reasonable customs processing charges where you pay all the fees and taxes up front. I just got a part for a Campy brifter from Jenson, with price matching and shipping they were the cheapest to the door price.

If it's bike parts I tend to go with Ebay, PBK, ChainReaction and Wiggle. Depending on how much you spend the shipping can be free. For clothing, I stick to Canadian dealers as the duty is outrageous if importing. My recent order from Wiggle was shipped to me insanely fast. I ordered the parts online on a Friday afternoon and received the package on Wednesday...and that's from the UK!

+1. It has to be very discounted clothing to make bringing it in worth while.
