Dispatches from Mt. Pleasant

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Dispatches from Mt. Pleasant

hey everyone!

my friend told me about the forums here and how cool they are, so I thought I would check them out here in the "41" as he calls it-- haha!

Anyway, he said that this is the place where we can make a biking blog thread and post lots of stuff to it, so here goes!!!

This is my official biking blog thread! i know that lots of other people already have one, but now i have one too! Make sure you check back here all the time because I'm going to post lots of good bike info in this thread.

I know you're probably thinking: Hey, this is going to be stupid. This thread will take up a like in the 41 thread list, pushing a legitimate cycling thread to the 2nd page where people who might want that info can't see it.

But you will see that this isn't going to be like that at all!

Ok so I know no one has commented yet so I'll give an update:

I went to see captain america this weekend, and it was sweet!

There was this one scene where they were on motorcycles, and it inspired me to ride my bike!

Then I went home and did a 20 mile ride!

Ok i read what you all said and I dont really get it, but i like that phrase that The Patent Cad used in his post--"Fredly"
I think it sounds funny, so I'm going to start ending all my posts with that!

Thanks for reading my blog, Fredly!

Hey guys, it's me again. I just noticed that my blog was only 4 from the top, so I thought I would post again just so you all would know that it's still here and I'm still updating it.

I'm not mad or anything, so I'm not going to start a hunger strike you know--that would just be silly and Fredly.

Then we can whip out our bikes and compare which one cost more!

Which forum has those threads? I could only find Fred threads in the 41.
