Show me your BLACK bike!

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Show me your BLACK bike!

Well, since the other 2 threads with red and blue are up, might as well start another color. Here is mine almost as it sits today, except the seat post is about 1" taller now. For some reason, this bike does not photograph well for me.

As the owner of a red 595 (see aforementioned red bike thread), I have to give this one a huge thumbs up!

I see black bikes look as nice as black cars do when they are clean. I'm still waiting for that "Show me your White bike" thread to show up..

Forgive the crappy indoor pic. I'm usually too busy riding it during daylight hours.

hmm, methinks i might need a new stem...

Naw, just flip it and cut off the excess steerer. Non ergo bars and a SRAM crank would really set it off. I love the frame colors though. Specialized has always done a fantastic job with the color schemes on the Tarmac.
