2003 Raleigh Team?

Any opinions on the value of a supposedly new, never used 2003 Raleigh Team frameset? Looks like this:

Nice looking, IMO. Decent frame? Can't find any geometry info online.

That's a decent, nice looking frame. Steel with carbon stays, IIRC. I've seen complete builds (Ultegra group) go for about $800 used in good condition.
