Blue bar tape to match blue Jagwire housing?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Blue bar tape to match blue Jagwire housing?

I can tell you the Bike Ribbon Professional tape in blue does NOT match...not even close. Has anyone found a close match to the blue Jagwire housing, because the housing looks smurfin' awesome on my bike. Thanks!

It does in the photo, for sure. The housing is that mid-blue color, not light or sky and not dark or navy. What is it?

Tougher to say on the Defy, but that bike looks killer. What tires are those, I've got something similar going on mine.

I used Stella Azzurra Eleganza to match the blue Jagwire housing on my (now sold) Bianchi:

The tape has a great feel and looks great, too.

On edit: I still have a new box of blue Eleganza (perforated, stitched as in the pic) in the parts bin. PM if interested.

Stan

Thanks! The tires are Rubino Pros. I prefer the Pro Slicks, but they don't come in blue.

What is it with Marines putting stickers on everything? There's more Army around the country, but I just don't see as many of them.

I've got EGAs on my car, my wife's car, my apartment door, rank insignia on my road bike, another emblem on the MTB,...

PG, how does the USMC differ from the US Navy?

In Australia, we only have Navy, Army, Air-Force.

The Marines are a part of the Department of the Navy...the MEN'S DEPARTMENT! When it absolutely, positively has to be destroyed overnight.

Man, you are like the 4th person to notice that. It's the self-destruct button in case of capture.
