***Need help picking a Shoe***

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

***Need help picking a Shoe***

I am looking to get some new road shoes and need a little help deciding on a shoe. I am currently looking at the 2 following shoes. Any input would help. Thanks. Also I need a shoe that fits a 13.5 us size.

Mavic Avenir 2011
Louis Garneau Revo XR2

Thanks

best advice would be to try them both on (not sure if you have yet). You'll know in about 10 seconds after trying them on which is better for you.

All those asterisks made me think we had a crazed shoe rant in the works.

Imagine my disappointment.

I have no experience what so ever with those two shoes.

I can imagine your disappointment at this.

You got some real boats down there, though.

I just got a pair of Lake CX236 size 48/13.5. Fits really good. I have a little room in the toebox and no heel slip.
