I'm sure I'll regret posting this but what the hell - before and after carbon...

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Wanted to try Carbon. Didn't want to buy a whole new bike.

Enter Competitive Cyclist with a pretty good price on just the M1 frame...

I'll start by...Flip It!!

I think the point is that everyone who bought one of those frames on sale from CC feels compelled to post it here.

Hey..a positive response!!

Will do. I have to fix the fit now but definitely smoother. For some reason it feels a little more sluggish right now when accelerating but it might just be either my fit is off, or I'm not used to the feel yet. But taking it up to Vail Pass this weekend and will be able to do a much better comparison then.

Lol..could be. But really no matter where I bought a new frame or bike I would mostly likely post it, so the source and brand is actually irrelevant. It's just part of of the excitement of getting something new in a hobby you enjoy. And here's the real kicker...where else to post it then..ready for this..ready... a B I K E forum!! I know..weird.

Anyway, I'm sure some people will enjoy seeing it that are in the same price point/search mode. It is entry-level but there are fellow noobs here from what I can tell.

Pardon the offense if a specific deal was mentioned.
