i was thinking of getting a cyclocomputer asap as well so this would kill 2 birds with 1 stone...i'm a bit worried about the warranty part as any sales under $275 aren't warrantied...this is technically $275, but with a $100 cyclocomputer....
any thoughts?

Looks like a fantastic deal to me. The Kinetic Rd Machine is virtually indestructible and you're getting a good price to boot. Add in what looks to be a really nice cyclo computer and from the looks of it, you cannot go wrong.
