Dropped a guy with shaved legs

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Dropped a guy with shaved legs

I was about 26 miles into a 35 mile ride today when I caught up and passed a guy wearing full kit with shaved legs. I didn't wave or call out "On your left." I just rolled past him and pulled away, hairy legs and all. I'd give him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he was on a recovery ride, except I was on a recovery ride.

Next time give him that "phoning it in" maneuver like Cavendish as you go buy. Or just tell him to suck it.

There have been better efforts at trolling. Just say'n.

Does it count if I say ****?

I like that. I did think about going no-handed and miming that I was filing my nails, but figured that would have been rude.

it's kind of funny when guys who aren't that good and don't train very much take the time to shave their legs. i mean, clearly cycling (or at least being good at cycling) isn't that big of a priority for you, which is cool, but you will still dim the lights and shave your legs for that upcoming weekend group ride in a couple of days?

on the other hand, hairly legs look freaking gross in bike shorts. no offense.

Not really but like I said this is weak sauce in the world of trolling.

Closed.
