Look, you might be one fine specimen but it turns out that some people at work might not want to know if you are circumcised. So, if your body paints give you away, then you might consider just erring on the side of caution.
In wear Lycra from the office to the outside but that's it. But then I also don't want my students (college aged) to see me in tights anyway.
Whether you are fat or not isn't exactly the issue. Although if you are, then there is just yet more reason to question your judgement.

OP - I see you're in SJ, given how many cyclists there are in the area, I'm surprised that anyone would have a problem with it. FWIW, I don't have any qualms about walking through corridors at my company to get to my bike - then again, lots of folks round here go running, cycling etc. Not a big deal.
