Rapha Turkey Takeoff Challenge
Anyone else doing this?
I kicked it off with this ride.
Challenge: 9,000 calories burned between 11/23 and 11/27. They are using a static 36cal/mi, unfortunately, so climbing actually works against you (wont stop me). Still a fun event though!
P.s. if you are in the Bay Area (SF is even better), let's ride!

I'm doing it! Wow I didn't know they were basing it on a 36cal/mile basis! Whew, I was about to go in a 60 mile ride with 8000ft climbing to burn calories, guess I'm riding flat today!
Don't think I will be able to get 250 miles in

I signed up for it, but doubt I'm going to get any significant miles in, alas. I'd hoped to get out for a century yesterday, but 20mph winds, 35mph gusts, rain and 50* combined to talk me out of it.
