The design of the Roubaix was copied from a custom Seven Cycles a Specialized employee bought, and this guy had the audacity to sue Volagi.

And of course, the bike that put Specialized on the radar screen of cycling enthusiasts was the Stumpjumper, a design appropriated from Tom Ritchey.
